New SIM

Hi, 

I seem to have misplaced my new SIM card, I cannot find it anywhere and I don’t recall ever recieving it, I keep getting messages saying my service is going to be cut out, I have tried contacting VM over the phone and through the messaging service but haven’t been able to get through to anyone. 

Can I please receive a new SIM ASAP.
