Thanks for your post and reaching out to the Community Forums. Apologies for the delayed response, are you still unable to connect via mobile data? This may be because your handset has lost the APN settings. Depending on the make/model of your handset you should be able to get it back by doing a reset:
For android handsets:
Tap on Settings.
Tap on Connections. ...
Tap on Mobile networks.
Tap on Access Point Names.
Tap on More options (the three dots) > Reset to default.
Confirm you understand that other APNs you have added will be removed by tapping on Reset.
For iPhones: Goto: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
