When I got the email saying the new SIM had been dispatched, I realised it still had my old address (in London - I now live in Belfast). How can I cancel that SIM and have a new one sent to me? I have updated my address on my account. Thanks

Really sorry your SIM has gone to the wrong address, this ins't good.
So we'd need to cancel the SIM that has been sent to London, and then order a new one to Belfast.
I can do this via a personal message so I'll pop you one now and we'll take it from there 🙂
