New SIM sent to old address, can't access account to change

Hi,

I've recently been informed that my phone will no longer work without a new sim, which has now happened, but I believe the sim was sent to an old address that I no longer have access to.

The problem is I can't access my online account, going in circles with my email address or username not being valid, while also not being able to set up a new account as one already exists.

Obviously stores are now closed and I can't call as my phone's not working now.

What's my best option? Is anybody able to help on here?

Very sorry that your new SIM has been sent to an old address, I can appreciate you're keen to get this re sent. 

We can certainly help from here, I'll just need to pop you a personal message and grab some details and the new address. 

I'll do this now and we'll take it from there.
