New SIM not working

Just joined

Hi,

I ordered a new SIM because I thought I had lost my phone. In the end, I found the phone, but the original SIM had been cancelled. After I installed the new SIM, I rebooted several times, but I can still only receive texts and calls - I can't make calls or send texts, and data isn't working. (It's been a few days now.)

Any help would he greatly appreciated. Cheers

Sorry to hear you are having issues with outgoing services on the new sim. We can understand the inconvenience this may have caused over the last few days. Just to confirm, did you install the new sim as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/mobile/swap-your-sim? What happens when you try to make outgoing calls and texts? Do you hear a dial tone or any error messages?
