I got a new SIM after my previous SIM was shut off after being reported stolen. (My handset was later found and returned to me). I put my new SIM in my phone, I was not prompted to enter the activation pin. I still cannot make calls, text or use mobile data. I cannot call Virgin for assistance and every time I try to make a call, I get "calls to this number are not currently being connected". When I text, I get "cannot send. Virgin - error 0".
I've rebooted my phone several times and still nothing! I'm paralysed without my phone. Can someone help?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums 🙂
I am so sorry to hear you have been having issues with your phone, have you tried in a different handset, normally SIMs are self-activated by you, and are not normally locked.
