New SIM not working

I have received my new SIM and have put it in my phone, I waited and waited but I still unable to use my phone as a phone. It’s been a week now with the new SIM.

It's an old Nokia E65, but that doesn't matter.

I am with a number of other people who have left and am seriously considering jumping ship.

I should have added that all I get is that the network is offline.
