New SIM not working

I have received my new SIM and have put it in my phone, I waited and waited but I still unable to use my phone as a phone. It’s been a week now with the new SIM. I’m paying for nothing.

Hello

What phone it is VM will need the make / model as some older phones are not compatible with the new sim, if that is the case then VM will send a replacement phone.

Where was the phone purchased from, as it may be locked to EE ?

Do you get any messages with the new sim in ?
