New SIM not working - Emergency Calls only ?

 

   I put in my new SIM as instructed to 2 of my mobile phones last week. One worked ok and the other is not - No Virgin Connection. This phone is useless and i need it back on asap - I have tried help/contact/phones/789 etc and cannot get to talk with anyone.  To make t his worse i just got a email asking me to do a quick survey about their great service regarding my last enquiry -   Can anyone at Virgin please help me out ?    Please !

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that one of the SIM cards isn't working, this ins't good. 

I can certainly take a look from here and see what's going on, I'll just need to pop you a personal message and we can get the ball rolling.
