I put in my new SIM as instructed to 2 of my mobile phones last week. One worked ok and the other is not - No Virgin Connection. This phone is useless and i need it back on asap - I have tried help/contact/phones/789 etc and cannot get to talk with anyone. To make t his worse i just got a email asking me to do a quick survey about their great service regarding my last enquiry - Can anyone at Virgin please help me out ? Please !
