New SIM not received

I’ve received a text telling me my use will be disrupted if I don’t insert new SIM card. I haven’t received a new SIM card. I can’t get hold of anyone to talk to at Virgin Media about this - help!

Hi there JulieBanks and Danniella25,

 

Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting.

 

Can you tell us more about the SIM such as have you recently requested for a replacement for example? Have you received anything else about the SIM such as a letter or email or just a text message? I'm sorry for the questions but just wanted to get a clearer picture.

Hi there , I’ve received a couple of texts but no emails. I’m worried that I won’t be able to use my phone if I don’t receive this new sim. I didn’t request one.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry about this, I can appreciate the concern this has caused. 

We are swapping all of our customers on to new SIM cards so I can certainly have a look and see what's going on and another SIM can be sent if needed. 

I'll pop you a message now and we'll take it from there.
