I've put the new SIM that I received today in a phone but, when trying to select Virgin from the list of available networks I get the message: "Can't connect to this network right now. Try again later".
Needless to say, I have tried again later, but to no avail. I've tried rebooting the phone and selecting all of the available networks but to no avail.
Am I missing something with this new SIM please?
