I have received my new sim and have put it in my phone over 24 hours ago, I have turn my phone off and on again but still not working. I’m in France working and need my phone for work. My old sim worked fine in France until Virgin decided to chance and stopped my old sim. What can be done to solve this big problem. I’m paying for a service but have no service.
I had it about 7 days before changing it over. I have no error codes just no service. I’m working in France and my partner posted the sim over to me that’s why it took 7 days to change it. I’m working here for the next 6 months so my phone is essential.
my second sim has arrived and again its not working. It was activated in the UK before it was sent to me here in France. I have now been without my phone for 2months and am still paying my contract. I own the phone outright so I really am paying for a service that doesn’t work. ifcthis can’t be resolved I want to cancel my contact on this number [REMOVED]
