I’ve turned my house upside down looking for the SIM virgin media sent me as I need to replace the current one or I will be disconnected tomorrow.
attempts to contact anyone at VM have come to nothing. They keep texting me a website link for answers but the website says to call them and it goes round and round.
could I please get some help? I need a replacement SIM.
