Received new SIM in letter, with no unlock code. Filled in Virgin form, but it's well over 72 hours and still no unlock code. Phone is old Motorola. Is it too old for new SIM?

I'm very sorry to hear about this. Did you get the handset you're using from ourselves? Has the new sim card been activated?
I don't think the phone is from yourselves - I can't remember where I bought it. The new SIM is in and the old SIM no longer active. The message reads 'SIM Locked Contact Service Provider'. Hope this helps.
Okay, what I will do is private message you so I can get some more information and look into this further.
