I have recently received my new SIM, However my old SIM has now been cut off. I have put in my new SIM assuming it will come up with the option to put in my activation code... but it didn't and it has now been 4 days after this and I have continued to remove this and query this online and over the phone with no answers?
I use this phone to work from home and contact family in these trying times... I am really not happy and don't know how else to sort this ASAP?
