New SIM installed, not recognising certain apps from my country

Since I switch to Virgin I am unable to access apps or sites that are regulated in the UK. I downloaded the settings sent by Virgin at SIM set up, I have also checked country and location setting on phone settings and all is as it should be.

 

However when trying to access for example my Paddy power app, or through Samsung or Google internet am being told must be in a country that supports app, or online I am receive the following message 

identitysso.paddypower.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
 
Any help would be appreciated
