New SIM getting 'No Service'

I switched from top up to pay monthly.

I received a new sim card and I sent the READY text from my old sim at 14:51 BST on 12 August 2021.

I promptly received a response 'OK, we've received you request to activate your new SIM. It'll be up and running within 24 hours - just pop in your new SIM to check if it's ready to use.'

I put the new SIM in. I was not asked for a code. I get virgin as the network but I do not have any signal or data. I tried to put the old SIM back in and it not longer works either. It has now been over 24 hours.

The phone is an iphone and I've been with Virgin mobile for years on a SIM only basis. 

I have restarted my phone numerous times. I am not sure what else to do.

I am sorry about the issues you've had with your new pay-monthly SIM. I'd like to take a look into this and see what we can do to help - just look out for my PM (the purple envelope) so we can confirm a few details, and we'll take it from there.
