I am extremely worried that I have received a text to say my mobile will be cut off in 30 days because I didn't reply to the texts requesting my postcode so I could be sent my new SIM (I'm 73, don't have my own internet access and thought it was a scam). All I want is my replacement/updated SIM but I cannot find any way to do it.
(I've phoned 789 and got referred back to the website! And the information cannot be found in my online account either!)
Please can I just be sent my replacement 'purple' SIM.
The whole situation has increased my anxiety and makes me feel very frightened.
