Why won't my new SIM card access the data part of my jam packed bundle but will let me call or text

Hi there @Carolyn51

 

Welcome back to our Community - sorry that you're having some issues with your data plan since having  your new SIM. When you popped in your new SIM, did you get the configuration message pop up? This will allow your handset settings to be active in order to use your data

 

Did you get any such message when inserting or activating your new SIM?

No I didn't get a configuration message when I put my new SIM in
