New SIM card

Received replacement SIM card installed on 13.08.20 as requested still not activated more than 30 hours later please can you fix

Very sorry that your new SIM card isn't working, this isn't good. 

Do you get a particular error message at all?

Is the old SIM still working?

Have you tried rebooting?

Let us know and we can have a closer look at your account if needed.
