I keep getting threatening texts telling me to change my SIM card if I want to keep using Virgin services. Problem is that a) I haven’t received my new replacement SIM card and b) I have tried calling, tweeting and messaging Virgin but with no luck. How can I request the replacement SIM (and then the texts will hopefully stop too!)?
