New SIM card

I keep getting threatening texts telling me to change my SIM card if I want to keep using Virgin services. Problem is that a) I haven’t received my new replacement SIM card and b) I have tried calling, tweeting and messaging Virgin but with no luck. How can I request the replacement SIM (and then the texts will hopefully stop too!)?

Thanks for getting in touch with us Cishojer, I can look into this for you but would need to do this via a private message, so that we can clear account security and get your new sim card sent out for you.

Hi Stephen

I don’t seem to have received your message - please could you do a resend as I’ve had another chasing text again today and it says Virgin will stop me making and receiving calls in 10 days time.
