New SIM card replacement not working- please help!
I am desperate for some help!
I received a new SIM replacement to move me over to an "even-better network' on the 08/07/20.
I replaced it two days ago and my mobile says "No SIM card/Emergency calls only". I finally got through to a call centre yesterday and the man said to wait 24 hours.
I have waited 24 hours and the SIM is still not working and still says "No SIM card/Emergency calls only".
I replaced with my old SIM which is now not working. I have put back in the new SIM card.
I cannot make any calls because this is my only phone so I cannot call the call centre again. I am quite stressed because I know a lot of people will be trying to call me about hospital appointments etc.
My phone is a Galaxy S4.
If anyone could help I would really appreciate this- I am getting pretty desperate!
