New SIM card not received

Hi there

I hired a Big Oomph bundle that contains a 5GB Oomph SIM. However, It has passed almost three weeks, but I did not receive the SIM card yet.

I tried to call to 03454541111 and 03456000789, but I waited a lot and nobody answer.

What can I do to receive my SIM card?

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you've not received your new sim card, as it been a short while since you last posted has anything arrived in the post?

 

If not and you're still without your new sim card please let us know and we can get a new one ordered for you through here.

Hi, sorry to jump in/hijack this conversation but I am in a similar situation. Joined nearly 2 weeks ago and still no sim, no communication on it and my account doesn't show even having one. Similarly communication with customer services seems nigh on impossible through any channel.

Any help very much appreciated.

Hi Jodi,

Unfortunately, the sim card is not working.

When I plugged in my cellphone, it stayed searching for network indefinitely.
I found that I should wait for 24h, and I wait for more than 48h and nothing.

I also found that It would be necessary to send a new sim card because this was damaged. Could you send a new one, please?

Hi Megan,

The sim card does not seem damaged (visually), but when I installed it in the phone (an iPhone), the phone does not recognize it (the problem is not with the phone, because it recognizes other sims).
