I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother who keeps receiving SIM cards to update her phone. She does not and has never had a virgin mobile phone and has spoken to a VM representative, after waiting 45 mins to be put through, and they promised to look into this but still she is receiving SIM cards. She has tv and a landline with virgin but no internet so cannot contact them that way.
Somehow, her name and address have been attached to this mobile number. Could somebody please help as she is getting very crusty by this.
