In December I upgraded my TV and broadband package and as part of the deal, I received an unlimited 4G SIM card.
I have put the SIM card in my phone today for the first time. There is no service/signal. When I try to login into my Virgin Mobile account I am informed the email address and or mobile number is not valid. The email address is the same email address you sent me a mobile bill on and the mobile number is taken straight from that bill.
