New SIM card NOT received - URGENT

Hi,

I have been sent a message on my virgin mobile number that i need to replace my sim with a new sim that Virgin Mobile has sent me within few days or face losing service but i have not received no new sim through the post. Could someone from the Virgin Media team urgently contact me on pm me.
