Unlock code sent with new SIM doesn't work - phone just says "Code error".
Filled in the website 'unlock code' form and they sent me the same code again. Tried both with and without the '00' prefix as suggested - same "Code error". Says "If code 1 does not resolve the issue, please input code 2" - but code 2 is blank!
Tried the website 'SIM help' - but it isn't any help! None of the advice helps and it just sends you round in circles coming back to the same page.
Filled in the form for a second time explaining the problems - now they've sent me the same code that DOES NOT WORK for a 3rd time!
Tried phoning - 45 mins wait time - life is too short!
Tried replying to the unlock code email (which has a reference code in the subject) but that was another waste of time - it just bounces back!
