We have just amended our tv/broadband/phone etc., to the Maxit tv one. This includes a SIM deal too. My husband currently has a Virgin mobile SIM only contract and explained he wanted to keep his current number. Can anyone tell me if he needs to use this new SIM and if it will still be his existing number? He has tried calling customer services twice, he gets put on hold and no one comes back to him.

Sorry for any confusion over the SIM, if you've requested that the new SIM have the same number as your husbands existing one this should be done. Otherwise you'd be given a new number for that SIM card.

If you're able to give the team a call on 150/ 0345 454 1111 when going through the phone IVR it will advise the option for the Oomph team 🙂
