On pay monthly SIM only deal. Have put new SIM in, since then I have no data. Calls and text are all fine.
Have done all basic checks. Can't get through on phone to customer service. Sends a link then ends call. Link no help.

Very sorry that data isn't working with the new SIM, this isn't good.
Can I ask what checks you've already done?
It is possible that the APN settings need updating for the new SIM, have you done this?
If not then you should be able to update them from here.
