New SIM Card

Hello,

My father-in-law has got an old Nokia phone and the new SIM card does not seem to be working in this phone. I saw in other posts that this is quite a common problem with older Nokia models and I am really annoyed that Virgin make him change his SIM card when he did not want one and did not have any problems with his old one.

I don't  think he should be expected to pay for a new phone and would like to ask Virgin to send him a voucher of £30 towards a new phone.

Really sorry that the new SIM isn't working in your father in laws phone, I can appreciate you're keen for him to stay connected. 

All customers need to use our new SIM cards to ensure they continue to get the best from our service whilst we make some changes to the network.
