New SIM Card

I received an email saying my order of a new SIM card was on it's way

I didn't order a new SIM card i have been trying without success to cancel my mobile contract.

Trying to speak to someone to cancel seems to be impossible at the moment, all i keep getting is do i want to upgrade my phone.

No i don't i just want to cancel the dammed phone.
