I received this message - but I have not received my new SIM card!!! What do I do.

i am furious! I spoke to a virgin customer service person trying to sell me a new contract and they assured me they would look into it! And now I have this text. 

I need my mobile for working from home. 

please can someone contact me ASAP. I have been on hold to customer service for 40 mins
