Just received new sim but message shows: "New Replacement SIM card not accepted"
Many others on the Forum are experiencing the same problem.
One of the Virgin team suggests that a new topic is raised so that they can answer individually.
Well, I have done that and now await a response.............

I am sorry to hear you have been having issues, have you tried your sim in a different device to make sure it is the sim and not your handset
I have tried the sim card in another phone and it works OK.

There have been many complaints on the forum that the new sim card does not work in 'old' phones!
