New Replacement SIM Card - Unlock Code not Working
I've got an old Samsung S2 with a Virgin PAYG SIM. I was recently sent a replacement SIM by Virgin but cannot get the network unlock code to work getting the error "network unlock request unsuccessful". I had to request the code from Virgin which took about 2 weeks 😞
I think the phone maybe locked to EE but worked with the old/current Virgin SIM but not the new one. The phone was originally from T-Mobile who were taken over by EE, I've looked at my EE account but there is no record of this phone there, how do I get the phone unlocked, if this is the problem?
