Hi, hope you can help.
I've been using a red data SIM in my Car for around three years with no problems and have recently received a replacement Purple Card.
I registered the new Purple SIM in my Tablet and everything seemed fine. I then put the SIM I'm my Car and got an error message telling me "unable to connect - contact service provider".
There's no configuration options in the Car apart from "SIM Pin on/off" but I've never had to turn it on before.
Could you please confirm if this is a compatibility problem with new Card?
HI Roadrunner_17, you may need to do a factory reset and then try the sim again as it my be locked to the old sim ^Chris.
Thanks Chris. The problem is you can't FDR a Car the same as you can with a mobile device.
