Hi.

I'm on a prepaid phone plan with Virgin Mobile CANADA and have several hundred dollars in my balance. I'm in the process of buying an Unlocked Samsung A14 5g phone that has an eSIm card. My current phone is a Motorola G and I will no longer be using it.

Questions:

1. Does Virgin Mobile Canada support the Samsung A14 ?

2. Does Virgin Mobile Canada support electronic SIM ?

3. What would be involved in transferring my prepaid plan to the electronic SIM on the Samsung A14 ?
