I ordered a new phone and it was due to be delivered on the 3rd of September, we waited in all day but the phone never arrived and on checking “tracking“ by yodel the system says that the device is “still with the sender” and had not yet been sent out. I contacted Virgin Media who stated that they couldn’t “load their tracking tools“ and would ring me back but they never did. I’ve tried complaining but got nowhere and I want to know what’s happened to my new phone and if anyone has any idea or advice as to what to do I’d really appreciate it because this is be truly bizarre wherein you buy a new phone, it never arrives and you can’t get through to the company selling the device!
