Last week we upgraded to Volt package and took out 4 x SIM cards from O2.
we still don’t know how to set up the SIM cards, we put them in the phones and not had welcome to O2 etc like it normally does.
we want to port all our numbers too but are not sure when to do this?
can a moderator help? I’m so fed up with the setup with Virgin media, we’ve already been let down with installation of the boxes last week and spent hours on the phone trying to find out where the installer was?
