Hi There - I had to port my number off my Oomph SIM card which as expected, stopped the SIM working. I'd been told on a previous support call that I'd get a call to re-issue a SIM card to continue my Oomph package but the call-back never happened. I'm unable to find anyone that is willing to help. I'm just getting bounced between departments (with extremely long hold times between each transfer).
I did, thanks Emma. My tips here would be to call during the morning and not evening, plus for any issues with a mobile sim as part of the oomph bundles, it’s better to talk to the TV support team than virgin mobile team. You’ll still get transferred but it worked so much better.
