Given the COVID situation and staff shortage at virgin how does this get resolved
I was told that the SIM will arrive before the home phone line and TV is installed.
Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting and been on hold for over 2 hours in total this morning and have given up now. Now have seen on this forum that other customers have the same issue where the SIM wasn't ordered. No starting to regret joining Virgin!!!! Never had a problem with previous provider for over 14 years
HI Jimmy, I am sorry to hear that the sim card has not arrived after a number of weeks and this should have arrived. Can you confirm if the sim card has now arrived or are you still looking at getting this resolved? Chris
