I have just joined Virgin mobile on a monthly contract from another UK provider. However it's been 3 days since activating the SIM and I still can't make phone calls, send messages or use mobile data. When I log into the Virgin mobile website it says "Your services have been barred as you have an outstanding balance". I have just joined... Nevertheless I paid the amount via the website yesterday and still the same issues exists. I can't find a number to call (although how can I call if the SIM doesn't work) or a live chat service. Could you please help me.
