New Customer - Why can't I register with Virgin Mobile
So I have a new Virgin mobile Sim bought from Carphone Warehouse. I have visited the Virgin Mobile website to register for an online account. It first shows me a page with boxes to enter my username and password but as I have not registered an account yet I have no username or password. So I spot the link to register an account and click on this. It asks me to enter my virgin mobile number which I do and click continue. The instructions state that I will be pinged a code that I should use on the next screen. But I have not been pinged a code and the next screen has nowhere to enter a code it only has a box asking me to enter my security question but as I have not set up an account I have no security question!
