Never received new SIM card

so let me preface by saying this is all my fault, I forgot to change my account's mailing address until it was too late, but the long and short of it is my replacement SIM card was sent to the wrong address and I need it sent to the correct one. But I don't see any way to do that from the web page, just to call 789, and 789 was like 'we're busy, go online' so here I am. Next steps?

Sorry to see we've not been able to get to this post sooner.

 

Can you please advise me if you still require our assistance with this issue, or if this has since been resolved for you via our call centre?

 

We'd be able to process a new SIM card, to the correct address if required

Hi,

Still has not been resolved. I'm avoiding the call centre to be honest, they seemed pretty overwhelmed.
