I signed up to the Ultimate Oomph package - this includes a Virgin mobile Sim.
Theyve come and installed the internet and TV, but haven't heard anything about getting a Sim card, or transferring over my number to Virgin?
Tried to login to Virgin mobile - but it asks for my mobile number... I have no idea?!?
Any ideas on how to get this sorted? Tried to call, but been on hold for hours and haven't got through twice.
I'm really sorry that you've not had your Oomph SIM card, I can appreciate you're keen to get your hands on it.

Due to the delay can I ask if you've had the SIM card since?

All sorted now. Finally got through to someone (about our broadband issues) & they could also send out a sim card.
