I have a Samsung J3 phone and I keep losing the network connection for no reason that I can see. Can anyone help. I have tried safe mode but this lasts for a few minutes.

Have you always had this issue with this particular device, and have you tried using the SIM in a different handset? You can check your mobile network coverage here

Hi Beth the problem has got worse over the last week i had an expert at Samsung look at it and he advised getting a new phone. I have since ordered a new phone and am awaiting delivery.
