Old Provider: Vodafone Device Purchased from: Vodafone Samsung S8 I have received the NUC from Vodafone. I have received new SIM from Virgin Media with PUK I am looking for help with this full process. Nothing seems to be working when I want to use my Virgin Mobile SIM on this Vodafone device (Samsung S8)
When I turn on the phone, with my new Virgin Mobile SIM, it says:
'SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.'
I have tried the PUK provided with 2 different Virgin SIMs now. I received a 2nd SIM today. The PUK code is a different code but I get the same message both times.
'Network unlock request unsuccessful.'
I was provided a NUC: 84146372 from Vodafone incase I need to unlock the device but I so far haven't needed to use it as the device hasn't asked me to.
The new SIM PUK I have attempted two times and gave up.
Can someone please help me as I have had this new SIM contract for about 10 days now and have had absolutely no luck?
