I've been asked to insert a new sim, but when I do the mobile asks for Network Key and will only take 999 calls meanwhile. 3 calls to help centre have failed to provide network key required
Can anyone help or do I need to move to another supplier?

Is the SIM a different color to the previous SIM card you've had?
What have the team advised when you've called?
Yes, the handset was purchased from Virgin
Yes, the new sim card has a purple back, the original one was all red
Three advisers had no answer. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. Two said no supervisor was available, third promised to ring back but no call has arrived
