Network Update new SIM

New SIM card sent, tried swap over today (within the 30 days, letter dated 4.8.2020. My phone does not recognise it NO SIM. Waited more than 10 mins, same NO SIM and no text from Virgin. Gone round in circles on Virgin help pages, no help at all, can’t solve it. Checked SIM in correctly. Just fed up with the b***** thing now. HELP

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Really sorry to hear you're not able to activate your new sim card, we understand the frustration this causes when you need to use your phone.
