In response for a Network Key ( which the new sim is asking for on my old Alcatel VM621i which was purchased from a Virgin Mobile shop many years ago).
I have received an e-mail from Virgin two codes ( code 1 consisting of seven digits and code 2 with ten digits) which neither work to unlock my phone.
I have had a look at sim help but unfortunately am none the wiser.
Can someone enlighten me please?

I have already completed the network key enquiry form but have now received two codes codes I and code 2 in reply..
I have tried inputting these codes without success.
The mobile with the new sim card asks for a Network key for which Virgin have e-mailed me two codes as described above.
