Network Issue Coventry

I live in CV2 and for 2 weeks I have been unable to make or receive calls. I called last week and they sent me a new sim which hasn't helped. I have now been told there's a problem with a mast in Courthouse Green. How do I go about getting a refund and also find out when this issue will be resolved.

If EE are aware the only thing you can do is register on that site for updates

Compensation is usually only considered one a fix is in place and the total number of days worked out.
